TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 cans tuna fish
1 lb. box elbow macaroni
2-3 tbsp. relish
3 boiled eggs (diced)
1/2 sm. onion (chopped)
3-4 tbsp. mayonnaise
Black pepper, paprika to taste

Boil elbow macaroni for approximately 10 minutes. Drain. Prepare tuna as follows - put tuna in a bowl, add mayonnaise, black pepper and paprika. Stir. Add relish, onion and eggs. Continue to stir until all ingredients are lightly mixed. Place in refrigerator before serving for at least 20 minutes. Serves 4- 6.
