CUMIN TURKEY IN PITA 
1 container plain non-fat yogurt
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 cucumber slices

Mix garlic powder, more or less to taste. Add slices of cucumber. Cover and put in refrigerator. Remove cucumber when serving sauce.

Pita Bread: Warm before filling.

Fill pita with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and scallions. You can do this the night before. Olive oil Cumin

Place cutlets in bowl. Sprinkle lightly with olive oil. Dust very lightly with cumin on both sides. Put a little olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Cook turkey over medium high heat, turning frequently. Meat is done when no longer pink, slightly browned. Add oil as needed.

Heat pita in oven for a few minutes until warm. Slice off top of bread, stuff with turkey cubes, lettuce, cucumber, etc. Top off with Yogurt Sauce.
