FETA-STUFFED PITA BURGERS 
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cornmeal
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1/3 c. finely crumbled feta cheese
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
2 lg. pitas, split
2 c. shredded spinach

In bowl, combine 2 tablespoons milk, cornmeal, onion, garlic, oregano, lemon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add meats; mix well. Shape into 8 (1/4 inch thick) patties. Combine feta and remaining milk. Place 1 tablespoon feta mix in centers of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; press edges to seal.

Combine cumin and red pepper. Sprinkle onto patties. Grill burgers uncovered 7 minutes a side for medium doneness. Serve in pitas with spinach. Serves 4.
