PERSIAN CHICKEN (DIET) 
1 c. plain yogurt
1 oz. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. corn starch

Combine yogurt, salt, pepper, onion. Add chicken and marinate at least 3 hours. Brown on all sides, add 1/2 cup bouillon and simmer until tender. Remove chicken. Dissolve corn starch in remaining bouillon. Add rest of marinate and cook until thick.

Weight Watchers: 1/4 milk, 1 serving protein, 2 extra.
