BEEF - TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 lb. ground round beef
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed French onion soup (Campbell's)
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini
1 tsp. dried basil
1 med. zucchini, chopped (or 10 oz. pkg. or 3 sm.)

In a 5 quart Dutch oven on high heat, brown meat until juices evaporate and meat is browned. Add tomatoes, undiluted French soup, frozen green beans, tortellini, basil and 3 1/2 cups water. Bring to boiling, reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini, cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until zucchini and tortellinis are tender. Makes 11 cups or 6 servings.
