BEEF AND TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 lb. beef, diced
1 (28 oz.) can tomato puree
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (9 oz.) pkg. green beans
1 (9 oz.) cheese tortellini
1 tsp. basil
1 med. zucchini, chopped (10 oz.)

In 5 quart saucepot, cook beef in water until tender. Spoon off fat. Add tomato puree, undiluted onion soup, green beans, tortellini, basil, and 3 1/2 cups water. Cook over high heat until boiling. Reduce to medium. Cover; cook 10 minutes. Add zucchini. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until tender. Makes 11 cups or 6 servings.
