HEARTY CHICKEN TORTELLINI SOUP | |
3 cans College Inn broth (sm., 13 3/4 oz.) 1/2 pkg. frozen tortellini (cheese or meat), par boiled 1/2 lb. boneless sliced chicken or leftover cooked chicken 1 sm. zucchini, sliced thin 1 med. carrots, sliced thin 1 med. tomato, diced Few pieces either escarole or spinach, torn to sm. pieces Bring broth almost to boil. Add all ingredients in medium saucepan. Simmer 10- 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Italian cheese. |
