ASPARAGUS TIPS WITH PROSCIUTTO 
24 asparagus tips
8 long thin slices prosciutto or ham
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Use canned tips or cook fresh ones in briskly boiling water 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well. Wrap 3 tips in each slice prosciutto and fasten with toothpick. Place in greased baking dish, sprinkle with half the butter and the Parmesan and bake in hot oven (400 degrees) 5 minutes. Remove from oven, pour on remaining butter and serve. Serves 4.
