AUNT LUCY'S PINK STUFF JELLO
SALAD
 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. white sugar
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
1 lg. can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped

Boil pineapple and sugar together for 5 minutes. Add Jello; cool to lukewarm. Add cream cheese and evaporated milk, which have been creamed together. Fold in pineapple mixture. Chill in bowl or mold. Makes 1 average or 2 small molds.
