"BIG BOY" STRAWBERRY PIE | |
4 c. fresh strawberries, halved 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. water Combine sugar and 1 cup water; bring to boil. Stir in paste of cornstarch and 1/2 cup water. Boil until clear and thick, about 5 minutes; stir in Jello. Cool. Fold in erries and pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream. |
