TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Onion & garlic to taste
2 cans tomatoes, drained & cut to bite size
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Taco seasoning sauce to taste
5 oz. noodles, cooked & drained
1 can light red kidney beans
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef with garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, taco sauce mix, soup, beans and noodles. Top with cheese. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees until heated (bubbly) and brown.
