SALMON LOAF 
Can of salmon (drain, save juice)
1 egg
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Minced onion
3/4 c. liquid (juice from salmon plus enough milk to make 3/4 c.)
Dash of pepper
Bread crumbs or cracker crumbs

Flake salmon, remove bones and add all other ingredients. Place aluminum foil in bread loaf pan or pie plate and put mixture in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with white sauce.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Melt butter in top of double boiler. Stir in flour until smooth. Add 1 cup milk slowly and dash of salt and pepper stirring every little bit. Add 2 or 3 chopped-up hard-boiled eggs. Serve over the salmon loaf.
