SALMON LOAF 
1 can salmon
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. celery, chopped
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix well and put in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
