TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. can red kidney beans
1 med. red onion, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 avocado or can peas
1 med. head lettuce
1 c. grated cheese
1 lg. bag tortilla chips
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
1 c. sliced olives

Brown meat, drain and cool. Drain kidney beans and peas (do not rinse), cut up tomatoes and onion. Add all ingredients except lettuce and chips and let sit. Before serving, break up lettuce and crush chips and add to salad. Top with salad dressing and serve.
