PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. milk 1 small instant coconut pudding 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Coconut Bake cake as directed on the box. Mix cream cheese and milk together, add pudding. Put in refrigerator until mixture sets up. Put this mixture on top of cooled cake. Then add a layer of pineapple, a layer of Cool Whip and top with coconut. |
