GRANOLA 
10 c. rolled oats
1 c. peanuts
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. raisins
1 c. dates, cut up
3/4 c. coconut
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. safflower oil
1 c. honey

Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and mix well. Then add honey and mix well. Bake at 300 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Stir once or twice during baking. I use a 10 quart pot to mix everything and bake in. Remove granola from pot before it completely cools. You may want to add other things such as: dried apples, other dried fruit, almonds, or other nuts. You can use flour or powdered milk to roll the raisins and dates in.
