DEEP DISH PIZZA 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
8 oz. Mozzarella, grated
1 (15 oz.) can herb tomato sauce

TOPPINGS:

Pepperoni
Be ll pepper rings
Sliced onions
Sliced mushrooms

On lightly floured board, roll out dough to fit a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish, line lightly greased dish with dough. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onion in skillet until done. Stir in tomato sauce, water and salt. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Use sauce mixture to coat entire surface of dough.

Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with any or all of topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
