SMOTHERED STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, sliced
2 to 3 c. boiling water

Trim steak and cut into serving pieces. Salt, pepper, and flour steak. Brown quickly on both sides in hot oil and drain. Place in shallow pan. Add sliced onion rings between layers of meat. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Pour boiling water over meat (be sure to moisten all flour areas). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
