GIANT PHILLY CHEESE 'N BACON
OMELETTE
 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced steaks ("Sirloin Philly Steak" or Steak-ummm's)
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 large jalapeno pepper, sliced lengthwise then sliced into half rings w/ribs and seeds
5 slices bacon
2/3 (15 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (Kraft)
5 eggs, beaten
milk
salt and pepper, to taste
non-stick cooking spray (Pam)

In a small pot on medium-high heat cook onion, jalapeno and Philly meat.

Meanwhile in a frying pan start frying bacon. Once Philly meat is cooked add Cheez Whiz and mix in well with the meat, onion and jalapeno.

Beat 5 eggs with a little milk. Add beaten egg mix to a 12-inch frying pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) over medium-high heat.

After about 2 minutes crumble bacon over egg and add Philly mix. Cook another 5 or so minutes or until able to fold over easily.

Once flipped cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

Serves 2 to 3.
