VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped water chestnuts
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers, which have been mixed with melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
