RAVE REVIEWS COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. coconut
1/4 c. oil

Blend cake mix, pudding mix, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and pecans. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9" layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool in pans. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Fill and frost with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut
2 tbsp. milk
3 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
