MASON'S QUICK AND EASY GINGER
BREAD
 
2 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. hot water
1 c. lite molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter, melted

Mix with hand mixer on high speed for 3 minutes until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 50-60 minutes.
