PICNIC BAKED BEANS | |
4 slices bacon 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 cans pork & beans 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. French mustard 2 tbsp. catsup 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Set aside. Cook onions until tender and combine with the beans, sugar, catsup, mustard and sauce. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon. |
