TORTILLA SHELLS 
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 pkg. powdered Ranch dressing

Soften cream cheese and add dressing.

Red and green pepper (to give color)
Black olives
Celery
Mushrooms

(Don't use too many vegetables). Spread cream cheese mixture on floured tortilla shells. Then put vegetables on cream cheese. Roll very tight and cut into bite size pieces. Makes 5 shells.
