HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICHES DELUXE 
1 dozen small dinner rolls
1/2 lb. ham, sliced thin
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced thin
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. poppy seed

Separate rolls and cut in half horizontally. Cut ham and cheese to fit roll. Place one slice of cheese between 2 slices of ham on bottom of rolls. Place tops on rolls and put in a glass 13"x9" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top of rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Great for a brunch. Serve with tossed salad and fruit. NOTE: Can also be used as an appetizer if miniature rolls are used.
