WESTERN BURGERS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tbsp. ketchup (Hunts)
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 cup stuffed olives, sliced thin
salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups grated Cracker Barrel cheese
hamburger buns

Brown ground beef and onion. Add ketchup, mustard and olives. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Turn off heat and add cheese. Spread on buns and wrap each in foil. May be frozen for later use.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, 45 minutes if frozen.
