SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE | |
1 c. butter 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 tbsp. baking powder 2 c. plain flour Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat. Mix dry ingredients; add alternately with sour cream. Spoon half of batter in greased and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle half or more of topping mix, then add remaining batter and remaining topping. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325 degrees. TOPPING MIX: Mix together 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 cup chopped pecans. |
