POTECA 
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. lukewarm milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. soft shortening
3 1/2-3 3/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in milk, sugar, salt, egg and shortening. Mix in flour and let stand for 10 minutes. Knead. Round up dough in greased bowl.

Let rise until hole remains, about 2 hours. Punch down, round up on board and let rise while making filling. Roll dough paper thin, spread filling on dough. Roll like jelly roll. Let rise 1 hour. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. walnuts, ground
1 jar Solo Poppyseed Filling Almond Filling Apricot Filling Prune Filling
