RED ONION SALAD | |
2 lbs. red onions 1 1/2 c. oil 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. vinegar Peel onions and slice about 1/8 inch thick. Separate slices into a bowl. Add oil and mix. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Mix well. Cover and let marinate for at least 2 hours. Serves 8 to 10. |
