HONEY AND NUT BRAN MUFFINS 
1/2 c. honey
1 c. flour
1/4-1/2 c. tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. bran
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Stir together the flour, soda, and salt. Mix them with the bran. Add other ingredients and bake for 25 minutes in a hot oven in gem tins.
