EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
3-4 whole chicken breast, split
1-2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or string beans
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Shredded cheddar cheese

Cook chicken breasts, then bone and skin. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put partially frozen vegetables in bottom of casserole. Lay chicken over the vegetables. Pour soup over chicken and then sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake 1 hour or until bubbly. For added flour, add a little white wine and your favorite herb to soup. Prepare time: 15 minutes, Yields 6-8 serving. Baking time: 1 hour.
