VEGETABLE SUPPER SOUP 
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. ground round browned with chopped onion and drained on paper towels
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
Grated cheese

Cook and drain mixed vegetables and spinach. In a large pot, combine V-8, soup mix, and cooked vegetables. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and add beef and onion. Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Ladle into soup bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese before serving. Serve with hot bread. Easy.
