THAT SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
24 regular size sweet peppers
3 c. chopped sweet onions
1 tomato, for color
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar

Grind peppers, onions and tomatoes saving the juice. Combine all ingredients boiling for 45 minutes. To preserve process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes in the normal canning process. A delightful topping on any pizza.
