SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
12 sweet green peppers
12 sweet red peppers
12 sm. onions
Boiling water
3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed

Put peppers (seeds discarded) and peeled onions in food processor (chopper). Add boiling water to cover; let stand 10 minutes; drain and discard liquid. Add remaining ingredients to vegetables. Boil slowly for 15 minutes. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars. Seal at once. Yield: 6 pints.
