AUNT EDITH'S SWEET PEPPER RELISH 
2 doz. sweet peppers, green and red
7 med. onions
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. mustard seed
3 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar

Grind peppers and onions, saving juice. Combine all ingredients and boil 30 minutes. Pack in jars and process in a boiling water bath 10 minutes.
