SWEET PEPPERS 
If you have too many green peppers, we love these. Clean peppers and quarter.

Boil brine of:

1 qt. water
1 qt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. canning salt

Drop peppers in boiling brine 3 minutes. Pack peppers in hot jars and fill with brine to neck of jar. Add 1 tablespoon oil per pint and seal. Delicious with hamburgers.
