HAMBURG SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
2 stalks celery
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 qts. water

Combine ingredients, breaking up hamburg and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Cook fine noodles in separate pot for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain in colander. Add to soup broth - mixed vegetables may be substituted for noodles.
