WONDER LEMON CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix (your favorite) Wonder Lemon Juice eggs butter, melted decorative Bundt cake pan CREAM CHEESE GLAZE: 6 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature (2/3rds block) 1 cup powdered sugar 3 tbsp. Wonder Lemon Juice Preheat oven according to the directions on the cake mix and grease Bundt cake pan. Make cake mix by replacing the water from your cake mix directions with Wonder Lemon Juice, adding the necessary eggs plus one extra egg yolk and replacing oil with melted butter. Once beaten and combined, pour into greased Bundt cake pan and bake according to package directions. Make glaze by using a hand held beater to beat all three ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Add more Wonder lemon juice to adjust smoothness, if needed. Once baked, allow to cool for 5 minutes and then carefully remove from Bundt pan and allow to cool for another 10 minutes before drizzling cream cheese glaze throughout the cake. Makes 1 cake.
