SOFT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Roll into balls. press with fork on ungreased sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen very small cookies or 1 dozen large ones. Note: This recipe is correct. It contains nothing but peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Wow!! Easiest peanut butter cookie recipe ever! A few small cookies cracked while picking them up, but they tasted just as good. And no flour to aggravate allergies.

I have been using this recipe for better than 38 years and it's the best peanut butter cookie around. It sounds impossible to make because of the lack of flour and baking soda, but it works every time. The recipe doubles and triples without a hitch. Reminded me of the peanut butter cookies my Grandmother made... and she used a long recipe. Ye of little faith, give it a whirl and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
