EASY NO CHOLESTEROL CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. corn oil
3/4 tsp. low sodium salt (or salt substitute)
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup oil in blender at medium high speed until mixed. Without turning off blender, add remaining oil, slowly and steadily. Blend until oil is completely incorporated into mixture and is smooth and thick 1 1/2 cups or 12 ounces. 0 mg cholesterol. 165 calories per 1 ounce.
