EASY AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
12 pieces of bread
1 lb. Owens sausage
9 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt, optional
3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook and drain sausage. Grease lightly a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and any optional desired.

Layer sausage and bread twice in casserole. When layered, pour the egg mixture over. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Allow to sit at room temperature about 30-40 minutes prior to baking at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. This serves approximately 12-15 people.
