POLISH NOODLES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, sliced
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 (1 lb.) pkg. wide noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

In large frying pan, melt butter; add onions and cook until clear. Add shredded cabbage and cook until cabbage is limp (this happens quickly at high heat). Add cooked noodles, salt, and pepper and mix.
