CHOCOLATE GOODIE 
1 cube melted butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. Cool Whip

Mix and spread over crust layer. 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 3 c. milk

Mix both packages of pudding with milk and pour this over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding mixture and sprinkle grated Hershey candy bar on top of that.
