CORN CASSEROLE 
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn

Mix butter, eggs and sour cream in a large casserole. Add Jiffy corn muffin mix, kernel corn and creamed corn. Mix well.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350°F.
