SAUCY BROCCOLI 
1/2 sm. head broccoli, broken into florets, save stems for soup-salads
1/2 c. low fat milk
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. curry powder

In non stick pan combine broccoli, milk, water and butter. Cover. Bring to simmer over low heat. Cook until broccoli is tender.

Meanwhile combine flour, curry and remaining milk until smooth. When broccoli is tender, remove pan. Add flour mixture; stir until thick. Pour over broccoli.
