OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. nutmeg
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine butter and sugar, cream together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, eggs and sour cream. Combine next 5 ingredients. Add to batter and mix well. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13x2 pan.

Combine brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon. Mix well and sprinkle evenly over batter. Cover and chill overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done. Yields 15 servings.
