SESAME BROILED CHICKEN 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. oil
1 bay leaf
8 chicken breast halves
Dijon mustard
Sesame seeds

Mix soy sauce, wine, oil and bay leaf. Amounts may be increased is using more chicken. Pour over chicken in shallow glass dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 1/2 hours. Place chicken in broiling pan. Brush with mustard and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Broil with rack set 2/3 way down from broiling element. When one side is golden, turn chicken over. Brush with mustard and sprinkle with sesame seeds and broil until golden, about 7 minutes each side. Serves 6.
