TUNA LOG 
1 sm. can tuna, drained
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1 squirt lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. nuts, finely chopped
Parsley flakes

Mix well with fork. It will almost be like a pasted mixture. On waxed paper, put chopped nuts and some parsley flakes. Drop tuna mixture onto this. Roll and shape into log. Serve with crackers.
