CHOCO MALLOW LOGS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
3 c. miniature Funmallow marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
Confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. Add egg; mix well. Cool slightly. Mix marshmallows and nuts in bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over; mix well. Divide mixture in half on wax paper. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Shape each half into a roll 8 inches long. Chill. Slice to serve. Makes 2.
