TURKEY NOODLE BAKE 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs
2 c. egg noodles
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 c. soft bread crumbs
4 oz. sharp processed American cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped canned pimento (optional)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)

Blend milk with mushroom soup, stir in 3 beaten eggs. Add noodles, cooked and drained, turkey, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, butter. (If desired, also add pimento and green pepper.)

Turn into 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cut in squares to serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
